What we receive
This website has no contact form and no account. When you message on WhatsApp, we receive your number, your name if you share it, and what you write. WhatsApp handles those messages under its own privacy terms.
Why
Only to answer you and to plan your appointment. It is not sold or shared for marketing.
How long
We keep no written notes about your session. WhatsApp messages have no fixed deletion date, and you can ask us to delete them at any time. Invoices and financial records are kept for 7 years, as Dutch tax law requires.
Reviews
A review is published only if you send it for that purpose, and only with the name you choose. You can ask us to remove it at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by sending a message on WhatsApp. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
